+  Mô tả:
- Resolve all customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Answers all customer product and feature questions correctly
- Communicate with customers in professional, empathetic tone
- Resourceful; ability to understand & utilize online and other support tools
- Preparing quotation, making sample, customer visit
- Prepare sales report
- New customer development locally
 

+  Yêu cầu công việc :
- Good in English; 
- Computer proficiency; adapt quickly to new technology 
- Great interpersonal and communication skills 
- Ability to work well with others in your team and cross functionally 
- Live Chat Skills: excellent typing including speed and accuracy, patience, excellent time management, outstanding customer service, ability to multi-task managing multiple conversations.
