Practicing Import–Export Operations with Enterprises: Session 1 – Exploring the World of FDI Exports

In order to equip students with practical skills and build a strong bridge with enterprises, the Faculty of Management – International Economics successfully organized the program “Practicing Import–Export Operations with Enterprises.” The program took place over five sessions, from May 14, 2025 to May 20, 2025, at Campus 2 of the University, attracting enthusiastic participation from lecturers, industry experts, and numerous students majoring in International Business and Economics – Foreign Trade.

The program not only provided students with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge to real import–export operations, but also helped them become familiar with the dynamic corporate environment, enhance teamwork skills, improve problem-solving abilities, and use specialized software. The participation of experts from Tessellation Company and Le Nguyen Logistics Company significantly enhanced the program’s professional quality and strengthened connections between the University and enterprises.

The Faculty of Management – International Economics highly appreciates the effective collaboration among lecturers, businesses, and students throughout the program. We will continue to promote similar activities in the coming semesters to further enhance students’ professional competencies.

The first practice session took place on the afternoon of May 8, 2025, with the honorable participation of Mr. Nguyễn Hùng Vỹ – Import–Export Director of Tessellation Company. During the session, students were directly introduced to real export procedures at a foreign-invested enterprise through Mr. Vỹ’s presentation. The session helped students become familiar with various types of documents, export contracts, and gain a clearer understanding of delivery methods in international trade operations.

Stay tuned for upcoming posts about the remaining four sessions of the program “Practicing Import–Export Operations with Enterprises” to explore more valuable knowledge and exciting experiences that students gained!
