Gathering to celebrate International Women’s Day

On the upcoming International Women’s Day, the Labor Union of LHU plans to organize a gathering to:

• - Honor outstanding female educators and employees for their remarkable contributions to the University’s activities on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - 2025), the 1985th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung Uprising, and the International Day of Happiness (March 20);

• - Continue promoting the Politburo’s Resolution No.11/NQ-TW on women affairs in the period of accelerating national industrialization and modernization”, as well as to care for the spiritual well-being of all female staff on International Women's Day;

• - Recognize and commend exemplary collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movements launched by the Trade Union, thereby fostering solidarity, creativity, and strength among union members and staff to successfully fulfill the mission of the Trade Union and the University.

When: Thursday, March 6, 2025 - 8:00 a.m

Where: Auditorium A301 - Campus 1 - LHU

Participants:

- Representatives of the Party Committee and the University Council;

- Board of Rectors;

- Members of the Labor Union Executive Committee, Union leaders;

- All female teachers and employees.

Highlights:

- Thematic seminar "Knowledge on bone and joint diseases, stroke: Prevention and treatment";

- Commendation of outstanding individuals in the 2020 – 2025 period;

- Award ceremony of the "LHU Graceful Ao Dai Photo Contest 2025";

- Award ceremony of the "Tet Landscape Decoration Contest – At Tỵ 2025".
