On the afternoon of December 11, Lac Hong University and Hanoi University of Industry held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Both sides emphasized that this agreement represents a comprehensive collaboration across various fields, including academic management and scientific research. The partnership focuses on expanding activities related to training, innovation, technology transfer, as well as quality assurance and accreditation in education.

In their remarks at the ceremony, the leaders of both universities expressed confidence that the MOU will serve as a foundation for building and expanding collaborative activities in the near future. Key areas of cooperation include:

1. Joint development of undergraduate and postgraduate training programs; co-teaching in collaborative programs; mutual recognition of credit values as a basis for student and learner exchanges in fields such as Engineering, Technology, Business and Management, Foreign Languages, and Tourism;
2. Collaboration in organizing training sessions for professional development and faculty exchanges;
3. Cooperation in scientific research, joint participation in research projects, and organization of national and international scientific conferences and workshops;
4. Collaboration on infrastructure development to support teaching and research activities;
5. Support, consultation, and transfer of software for building and managing data systems; designing, measuring, and assessing learning outcomes to support quality assurance and accreditation processes for training programs and institutions;
6. Cooperation in data sharing related to quality assurance activities to enable benchmarking of quality indicators between the two universities, with the goal of developing solutions to enhance training quality, scientific research, and community service.
