LHU strengthens educational cooperation with Huangshan University

On February 17, 2025, LHU warmly welcomed a delegation from Huangshan University (HSU), China. This visit marked an important milestone in strengthening educational cooperation between the two institutions, and paved the way for future opportunities in student exchange, scientific research, and academic development.

Representing HSU were Mr. Zhang Xiaoming – Vice President; Mr. Li Qingjiu – Director of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange; Mr. Zhu Hongbing – Director of the Office of International Research and Education, School of Tourism. From LHU, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Lam – Vice Rector; Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh – Head of the Office of International Affairs ; Mr. Vu Van Tuan – Deputy Head of the Office of Student Affairs and related staff.

HSU is a prestigious public university located in Anhui province, with a current enrollment of 18,000 full-time undergraduates and a wide range of academic programs. With extensive experience in hosting and training international students from 14 different countries, HSU stands out as a reliable and promising partner for LHU in advancing international educational collaboration.

During the working session, both sides discussed potential areas of cooperation, particularly student exchange programs, faculty exchange programs, joint scientific research, and organizing international conferences and seminars. In addition, leaders of both institutions highly appreciated the friendly cooperation and exchanged prospects for future collaboration, particularly in student and faculty exchanges. The HSU delegation’s visit and working session concluded successfully, demonstrating the two institutions’ shared commitment to strengthening educational cooperation.
